 How Do We Store Your Data?

We securely store your data on secure cloud-based platforms.  Our use of secure cloud-based platforms abides by our Data Protection Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and IT Usage Policy.  All personnel associated with beating hearts have restricted access to data storage locations.  Each user is supplied with the minimum access required to carry out their job roles.  Any elevation of privileges goes through a request process and is assessed by management.  All users have multi-factor authentication to access information.  Any personnel who lose a device in which they can access company data are obligated to contact us as soon as possible.  We will then block the users accounts to all features until the issues have been resolved.

We will keep data that you have supplied to us for 5 years.  Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by wiping it from our systems, formatting and destroying any hard drives that are no longer in use (dependant on the classification level of data stored on the devices) and shredding any documents related to your data.  This can also be done retrospectively by contacting us.

You have the right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes.  If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please contact us stating you wish to not be contacted further with marketing materials.
